Shape Up SF

A Good Idea

Description

Shape Up SF is committed to reducing health disparities by focusing on physical activity and nutrition, particularly the creation of healthy eating and active living environments. It is comprised of two branches: the Shape Up SF Coalition and the Shape Up SF Initiative. The Shape Up SF Coalition is a diverse collaborative of community stakeholders that focuses on advocacy and policy and secures sustainable funding for programs.
